Possibly expanded to 15 with other specialties per mission requirements

  1. If there is a need for Preventive Medicine personnel, they will be TACON and OPCON to the Teams, but ADCON to a higher Command Level. Research shows that Preventive Med is needed more Pre-and-Post Disaster
